Duke vs. Virginia: How to Watch and Listen
The Duke Football program needs a win in the worst way after losing four in a row and especially the way that the Miami Hurricanes man-handled Duke’s lines on both sides of the ball this past Saturday. To try and get back to their winning ways, the Blue Devils head up to Charlottesville, Virginia to take on a team that they have beaten three times in a row.
There will be some overlap with this game and the basketball game that starts at 4:30 and for more information on that and some broadcast changes that you need to know, look at this post from Thursday.
The football game will be shown on Fox Sports South or Fox Sports Carolinas depending on where you are. Check the link for information on where to find the game in your area.

Duke vs Miami: How To Watch and Listen
As the Duke football team hopes to stop their three-game losing streak, they return to the city of their last victory: Miami, Florida. According to this AP Story by Tim Reynolds, Coach David Cutcliffe has his team staying in the same hotel they were in when they beat FIU 31-27. After heartbreaking losses to Wake Forest and Virginia Tech, the Devils hope to bounce back against the Miami Hurricanes, who are also coming off a loss last week.
For senior Donovan Varner and Junior Conner Vernon, this will be a homecoming as they both excelled at Miami’s Gulliver Prep School before coming to Duke.
If you can’t make it down to Florida, tune in to your Blue Devils as they cling to bowl hopes on tv, online, or on the radio. This week’s game will be on the Raycom Sports Network. Read more

Cut Previews Duke vs. Wake Forest
The Demon Deacons come into Wallace Wade Stadium on Saturday afternoon at 12:30 PM and there should be a ton of points put up on that new scoreboard by the time the game is over. For the first time in 12 tries, Duke football hopes to get a win against their neighbors to the west.
Coach David Cutcliffe talks about Jim Grobe’s sqaud and what it will take for the Blue Devils to get a win.
Coach Cut Previews Duke vs. FSU
With FSU bringing EJ Manuel back from injury for a full week of practice, Duke’s injury-ridden defensive unit will have a tough task handling the Seminoles’ offensive attack. Coach David Cutcliffe is concerned about Florida State’s speed at the skill positions and their defensive front and linebacking units. He sees promise in Duke’s passing attack as well as Duke’s kicking game heading into Saturday’s matchup.

Duke On A Win Streak After Blowout of Tulane
Duke’s offense was clicking in all areas on Saturday in Wallace Wade Stadium as the football team got back to .500 for the first time since September 11, 2010. Sean Renfree continued his assault through the air, going 21-30 for 278 yards and a touchdown after playing only about 3 quarters of football. Out of 12 drives, Duke scored SIX TDs and made TWO FIELD GOALS(!!!). The time of possession battle was dominated by the Blue Devils in both halves, with a 17:09-12:51 edge in the first half and a 19:03-10:57 in the second. The Blue Devils didn’t punt until the 6:31 mark in the fourth quarter, when the second string offense was in the game.
It was an absolute pleasure to watch the team marching up and down the field, something Duke fans haven’t seen in Wallace Wade in quite some time against a Division 1 Opponent. While Tulane isn’t the greatest team in the FBS, the Green Wave were just coming off a dominating performance of their own against UAB, 41-10. Read more
Q&A Duke vs Boston College w/ BC Interruption
As Duke heads into its first ACC Football game of the season, the Blue Devils couldn’t have asked for an opponent coming off a worse two first games. Make no mistake though, this team is going to be very hungry for their first win, just like the Devils. Big thanks to Brian Favat of BCInterruption.com for breaking down what is going on with the BC Eagles. Read my responses to his questions here: http://www.bcinterruption.com/2011/9/15/2426352/boston-college-football-duke-september-17
BC had similar expectations to Duke coming into this year, maybe even higher. What has happened in the first two games to change the course?
The Eagles dropped a close game to Northwestern and then got completely shut down by a good UCF program in Orlando. That’s what actually happened, but that hardly tells the entire story. Boston College’s struggles this year read like a pilot for a new daytime television program.
Here is the abridged version: BC saw two wide receivers leave the program during fall camp, following by two members of the projected starting secondary kicked off the team and willingly leave the program. We’ve seen the ACC’s Preseason Player of the Year get his knee scoped and miss the first two games of the season, as well as being doubtful for Saturday. In the Northwestern game, arguably our best receiver was lost for the season with an ACL tear. In the UCF game, one of the few remaining projected starters in the secondary also was injured and lost for the year.
Now our new offensive coordinator either took an indefinite leave of absence or was canned, depending on who you ask. Our offensive line continues to be reshuffled, as well as our usually reliable run defense which has been shredded by Northwestern’s backup quarterback and the Central Florida offense.
In a word, bedlam. It’s absolutely insanity right now in Chestnut Hill. And I’m not sure it’s going to get better before it gets much, much worse.
